Dominic Beirne is a highly accomplished Psychotherapist, Coach, Trainer and Hypnotherapist.  He has over 20 years extensive industry experience.  A highly skilled personal development consultant his expertise stems from his psychology training, coaching and hypnotherapy work with individuals, groups and organisations.

Dominic’s application has been twofold; working directly with a multitude of individual clients with both personal and business focused goal attainment as well as therapeutic requirements alongside more commercial business focused coaching and/or performance enhancement.  Dominic’s unique skill base and knowledge gives his clients life changing experience.  His ability to tap into personal resource and unlock potential is second to none. 

Recently Dominic has most laudably established supervisory networks where he has broadened his area of expertise into that of supervision, supporting other professionals providing development, coaching and therapy services.   In addition and linked to this Dominic is the founding member of his own training School (DBSCHP) which he established back in 1995.  Through the school he provides a variety of accredited and recognised courses including Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Psychotherapy as well as specifics such as EMDR, CBT and Transactional analysis.

Dominic is much in demand as a therapist  and development coach and his clients come from  many  different business industries, famous celebrities from the theatrical and entertainment industries. Jackie Curry C.M.H. C.Hyp. MPNLP

Jackie comes from a background of general and psychiatric nursing and qualified in both disciplines.

She holds a Certificate of Health Education and has had extensive teaching experience. She qualified at the Dominic Beirne School in 2001 and since then has set up her own very successful practice.

She has worked as an assistant trainer with Dominic both on primary courses and on advanced workshops.

 Sharon Bryan

Sharon Bryan.  An experienced communications advisor, consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach Sharon’s focus has remained very much on the areas of personal and business development and change. She also takes her personal development seriously, reading widely and researching leadership and organisational change and has recently concluded studies within the Long Life Adult Learning Sector (PTLLS/CTLLS).

 Sharon’s diverse range of skills and track record for the provision of innovative and thought provoking capacity building  for groups and individuals alike has delivered successful results to her clients. 

Sharon has worked on over 40 large scale change options related commissions providing a variety of consultancy services. She has experience of the provision of interim management services, direct consultancy provisions, both short and long term, learning and development commissions, business process reviews, inspection preparation, service redesign and cultural change programmes, material production, training, coaching and mentoring as well as facilitation services. She has extensive experience of dealing at a front line level, through a variety of cohort organisational levels as well as at governance and board member level in public and quaisi public sector organisations respectively.

 Sharon has a practical eye for detail and a flair for simplifying complex projects into manageable action plans, with attainable milestones and targets. She is creative, innovative and will always find a solution to the most challenging problem. Sharon holds a Diploma in Business Management, is a licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and hold an ILM (Level 7) Diploma in Executive level coaching and mentoring, a Master Hypnotist and holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, all of which support her experience, knowledge and approaches with organisational, team and personal development. She is licensed to administer psychometric measures AssessMe (housing specific 360) and MIRO and accredited to deliver leadership and mental toughness measures,  ILM72 and MTQ48.
