Hypnotherapy can help you get rid of your hang-ups

So you have a "hang-up".

Most probably you have several; they seldom travel alone. Your hang-up may be a fear; or it may be a phobia. What's the difference?

A fear is an apprehension, which probably had its origin in childhood, when limited reasoning abilities create vulnerability to so much that is unfamiliar and unknown. A fear becomes a phobia when it interferes with normal life, threatens well being, is triggered by irrational and unknown factors and occurs so frequently it disturbs everyday life. Some fears are useful if they create caution ~ such as fear of traffic.

To determine the effect of a fear, consider the following:

Does the fear take up a lot of time?

Does it force me to do things the hard way?

Does it affect my relationships?

Does it affect my physical condition?

Fears and phobias often are overcome by regression under hypnosis. Many are caused by imprints, statements, actions or events that leave subconscious memories often buried to the conscious mind. Parents seldom realize the tremendous damage they can do with a well meant or teasing statement to a child: something like "you are stupid", or "you'll never amount to anything", or by punishment such as locking in a dark room. Other causes of phobias and fears include stress, traumatic experience, and adoption of fears from other people.

Whatever the hang-up, hypnosis can identify the cause and sever the emotional ties that bind it to a subject The use of regression, confrontation and re-programming techniques through hypnotherapy can establish a happy, relaxed lifestyle.
